Under the measure that was unanimously passed by both the House and Senate, ballots will have to be clearly marked to show where ballot instructions end and the spot to vote begins.

A man is in jail after leading officers on a high speed chase through the streets of Dawson and Terrell County. It all came to an end Saturday night when the driver bailed from the car and officers pepper sprayed him.

A judge has ordered Mercedes-Benz USA to pay $482,000 in damages and legal fees to a Wisconsin customer who was sold a defective car and not given a refund on time.
