From Bridget Murphy. I REFER to your correspondent Brian Villette’s letter (JEP, 12 June) headlined ‘Look at lamb – and think twice’. He was of course making a comparison in price locally and in the UK, in that a shoulder of lamb costs £30, and £12.50 for half a lamb, minus its head, in the UK.
